Acclaimed Japanese fashion brand Sacai joined forces with Nike to create the Sacai x Blazer Mid ‘Maize Navy’ sneaker, released in May 2019. Inspired by hybridization, this shoe blends two retro basketball silhouettes, the ‘72 Blazer and the ’85 Dunk, to create a hybrid that’s both uncommon and familiar. This leather sneaker was designed with twice as many tongues, laces, eye stays, and Swooshes as the typical Blazer Mid.
